Indonesian fruit and radish salad
2 Tbs. rice vinegar
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
pinch of cayenne
1Tbs. water
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
2 medium apples, thinly sliced
4 leaves of cabbage (green white or napa) finely shredded
1 large radish (daikon) or 6 small (icicle, french,
etc. ), thinly sliced
2 carrots , julienne
Mix the dressing - the first group of
ingredients above. Toss together the vegetables, pour
over the dressing and mix well. let stand for at least
an hour, tossing occasionally. |
