Chard and Tomatoes
adapted from Too Many Tomatoes, Lois Burrows and Laura
Myers
2 Tbs. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, diced
2 c. chard, chopped
3 large tomatoes, diced
1/2 c. diced ham (optional)
salt and pepper
pinch of nutmeg
Parmesan chese, grated, to taste Saute garlic and onion
in oil until translucent. Add chard and saute 3 more
min. Add remaining ingredients. Season and sprinkle
with cheese.
