Lovage
(Levisticum officinale)

Lovage looks like a giant celery plant. Related to parsley, tastes like a strong version of celery. A digestive aid, immune system booster, and diuretic. Its stalks are used as drinking straws! Can promote menstruation, so don't use a lot if pregnant.

Finely chop the leaves of the lovage plant and use to flavor soups, stews, salads, etc.

To keep: Refrigerate unwashed, and use as soon as possible.
